What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 21, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $14,238.30 plus $67.73 per day starting November 11, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 21, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
