What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord also claimed NSF charges.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 25, 2021 unless the Tenant pays the full amount owing of $1,500.32 by that date. If the Tenant does not pay, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Landlord must pay the Tenant $1,021.42 for the rent deposit and interest, less the rent owing to June 14, 2021, NSF fees, and the Landlord's filing fee.
