The Tenants must pay the Landlord $285.36 for rent arrears and costs, plus $44.38 per day for compensation starting December 1, 2021 until they vacate. If the full amount is not paid by January 9, 2022, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
