What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on July 19, 2021 with respect to application TEL-13470-20.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 28, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
