What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet certain conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 16, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,857.30, less any amounts paid after the application was filed, plus $34.52 per day starting July 1, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 16, 2020, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
