The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 11, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,613.87, representing rent arrears and application fees, less the rent deposit and interest owed. The Tenant must also pay $18.25 per day in compensation for occupying the unit after October 1, 2020. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 11, 2020, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
