What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on July 7, 2017 with respect to application TSL-84618-17.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 15, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
