The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,840.00 for rent arrears up to September 30, 2021, plus $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the full amount is not paid by February 4, 2022, interest will start accruing at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance from February 5, 2022.
