The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 4, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $8,162.81, which includes rent arrears up to March 24, 2023, and the cost of filing the application, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 4, 2023, they will start owing interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
