What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless Tenants void the order by paying $3,284.96 by October 29, 2022. If not voided, Tenants must vacate by October 29, 2022, and pay $455.43 plus $45.72 per day from September 30, 2022, until they move out. The Sheriff may enforce eviction from October 30, 2022.
