What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord also claimed administration charges related to NSF cheques.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 15, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date. The Tenant can void the order and continue the tenancy by paying $1,218.69 on or before October 31, 2021, or $2,167.92 on or before November 15, 2021. If the Tenant does not make the required payment, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
