What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlords have entered into an agreement of purchase and sale of the rental unit and the purchaser requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 19, 2020. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement starting December 20, 2020.
