The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $23,586 by February 28, 2023 or $25,536 by March 31, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by March 31, 2023 and pay the Landlord $19,614.42 plus daily compensation of $64.11 per day starting January 31, 2023.
