What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 16, 2022. Tenants must pay $18,719.82 plus $74.14 per day starting January 6, 2022, to the Landlord. If Tenants pay $22,736.00 by January 16, 2022, the eviction order will be void. If not paid, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting January 17, 2022.
