What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant did not attend the hearing despite proper service of notice. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, which the Tenant did not void by paying the arrears.

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts within given timeframes. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by April 30, 2023. The Tenant owes the Landlord -$453.66 (credit to Tenant) plus $44.58 per day from January 31, 2023 until move-out.
