What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated as of June 30, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before June 30, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by May 31, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated by June 30, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
