What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the tenant must move out by October 3, 2020. The tenant must pay the landlord $4,491.31 for rent arrears and the previous application fee, plus $26.70 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting September 23, 2020 until the tenant moves out. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by October 3, 2020, they will owe interest starting October 4, 2020.
