The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 12, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,673.69 for rent arrears and the previous application fee. The Tenant must also pay $19.17 per day for compensation for use of the unit from March 2, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 12, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting March 13, 2022.
