What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant or another occupant committing an illegal act involving the production, trafficking, or possession of illegal drugs for the purpose of trafficking in the rental unit.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 30, 2021, they will owe interest starting December 1, 2021 at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by November 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
