What happened
The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to the tenant's failure to pay rent arrears as specified in a previous order. The tenant did not meet the conditions set out in the previous order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 11, 2022. The tenant must pay the landlord $2,004.54 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $7.30 per day in compensation starting March 1, 2022 until the tenant vacates the unit. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by March 11, 2022, the landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
