The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective 2021-02-15. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,373 in rent arrears and $4.21 per day in compensation starting 2021-02-05 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by 2021-02-15, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
