What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 19, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,179.38 plus $3.19 per day starting July 9, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant pays $1,253.00 on or before July 19, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the Tenant can remain in the unit.
