What happened

The Landlord filed a request to re-open a previous application (SWL-26704-19) because the Tenant did not comply with the terms of their mediated settlement dated March 7, 2019. The request to re-open was denied in an order dated January 4, 2021, as the Landlord was deemed to have abandoned the request. The Landlord then requested a review of that order, alleging they were not reasonably able to participate in the December 11, 2020 hearing.
