What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the tenant voids the order by paying $10,936 on or before December 16, 2022. If the tenant does not void the order, the tenant must move out by December 16, 2022 and pay the landlord $8,864.91 plus daily compensation of $25.81 per day starting October 12, 2022 until the tenant moves out.
