The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 19, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,321.49 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $186.00 in application fees, and $18.94 per day in compensation starting July 9, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant pays $10,971.00 on or before July 19, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
