What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Tenants had paid all outstanding rent arrears prior to the hearing, but had not paid the application filing fee.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by January 17, 2021, they will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
