What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on February 8, 2021 with respect to application CEL-92530-20.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by June 15, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
