What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 6, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $7,903.26 for rent arrears and application costs, plus $92.05 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 24, 2022 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by March 6, 2022, the Tenants will owe interest starting March 7, 2022.
