The ruling
The Landlord's L1 application was withdrawn. The Tenant was ordered to pay the Landlord $4,673.55 for the cost of repairing the damage and $201 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 30, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
