What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the termination date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before July 6, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by July 6, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by July 6, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
