The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 28, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,793.59 (less any payments made after the application was filed) representing rent arrears up to March 17, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $54.25 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting March 18, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
