Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on March 5, 2020 with respect to a previous application.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by August 16, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
