The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 21, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,558.60 plus $59.18 per day from May 11, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 21, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
