The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,693.91, which includes rent arrears up to November 30, 2021 and costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $38.27 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting December 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
