The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $10,244.79, which represents the rent arrears up to the date the Tenant vacated the unit, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 1, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
