What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenant must move out by November 26, 2022, and pay $13,205.53 plus $28.77 per day from November 8, 2022, until vacating. The Landlords may file for eviction enforcement starting November 27, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
