The ruling
The Landlords shall pay to the Tenant $435.00 which is the reasonable out of pocket expenses the Tenant incurred for moving out of the rental unit on or about June 22, 2020. The Landlords shall also pay the Tenant $600.00 which represents a refund of rent for the month of July 2020, and $45.00 for the cost of filing the application.
