What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenant failed to pay the full lawful rent for January 2023 by January 1, 2023, as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 07, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting April 08, 2023. The Tenant has until April 06, 2023, to file a motion to set aside the order.
