What happened

Landlords applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants had vacated the rental unit on January 4, 2021, prior to the hearing date.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlords $2,445.00 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the application filing fee. If the full amount is not paid by December 7, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
