The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 13, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,441.65 in rent arrears and costs, plus $72.33 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting February 3, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the full amount is not paid by February 13, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
