What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant or Tenant's guests wilfully causing undue damage to the premises and seriously impairing the safety of other tenants in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 18, 2020. The Tenant must move out by January 18, 2021 and pay the Landlord $4,512.56, which includes compensation for use of the unit and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 18, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest and the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
