What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the tenant voids the order by paying $11,373.02 on or before November 25, 2022. If the tenant does not void the order, the tenant must pay the landlord $8,439.73 and vacate the unit by November 25, 2022. The landlord is entitled to daily compensation of $45 per day for the tenant's continued occupation after October 27, 2022.
