What happened

The Co-op applied for an order to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Member due to non-payment of regular monthly housing charges. The Co-op Member did not attend the Case Management Hearing and did not file a Response to the Application.

The ruling

The Co-op Member's occupancy rights are terminated, and they must vacate the unit by April 29, 2018, unless they void the order by paying $4,950.00 by that date. If not paid, the Co-op can file for eviction with the Sheriff starting April 30, 2018. The Co-op Member owes $4,414.78, which includes housing charges, late fees, and application costs, minus the damage deposit.
