The ruling
The Co-op's application is granted. The Co-op Members' occupancy rights are terminated and they must vacate the unit by January 28, 2018. They must pay the Co-op $5,161.12 by January 28, 2018 or they will start owing interest. If they do not vacate by January 28, 2018, the Co-op can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
