What happened

The Co-op applied to the LTB to terminate the tenancy and evict the Co-op Members due to non-payment of regular monthly housing charges. The ruling

The Co-op Members' occupancy rights are terminated, and they must vacate the member unit by October 18, 2016. If they do not void the order by paying $8,576 by October 18, 2016, they must pay the Co-op $6,147.04, which includes rent arrears, the application fee, and daily compensation, less the refundable deposit. If they fail to pay by October 18, 2016, the Co-op may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
