What happened

The Co-op applied to the LTB to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Member due to undue damage to the unit and substantial interference with the Co-op's lawful rights, interests and privileges.

The ruling

Application EAC-01596-17 for undue damage is dismissed. On the basis of application EAC-01536-17, the Member's membership and occupancy rights are terminated effective July 31, 2018. The Member must vacate the unit by that date, and the Co-op may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction if the unit is not vacated.
