What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The N11 form was signed on September 28, 2022, and the tenancy was to end on December 31, 2022. The Tenant initially gave an invalid notice that she was moving out on June 30, 2022, but later signed the N11 agreement.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 28, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by March 11, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
