The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $35,000 (subject to LTB's monetary limit) plus application fee by November 19, 2022. If not voided, Tenants must pay $33,987.25 plus $92.05 per day from September 28, 2022, until they move out. Eviction may be enforced starting November 20, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
