What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's involvement in illegal acts, specifically advertising the provision of sexual services by two women in exchange for money in the rental unit.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2018. The Tenant must vacate the unit by June 30, 2018. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement, and the Tenant must pay $51.84 per day in compensation for use of the unit from July 1, 2018 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $190 for the cost of filing the application.
