The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 21, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,519.00 in rent arrears, $27.72 per day in compensation from April 1, 2020 to the move-out date, and $175.00 in filing costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 21, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
